This Privacy Policy applies to the official educational website located at http://samratedutechglobal.com and the official Android mobile application titled "Samrat Learning Platform" published on the Indus Appstore and Google Play Store.
The platform is owned, managed, and operated by Samrat Learning Platform (registered at Samrat Education Tower, Knowledge Park, New Delhi, India). By registering, accessing courses, streaming lectures, or downloading academic materials through our platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the practices outlined in this policy.
Information We Collect
We collect information strictly necessary to provide an authentic, personalized university exam preparation and learning experience:
A. Account & Identity Information
Full student name, 10-digit Indian mobile number (used as unique Login ID), optional email address, educational medium selection (Hindi or English medium), city/district, state, and area PIN code.
B. Academic & Learning Progress
Enrolled university courses (BA, BSc, B.Com, D.Pharma, GNM Nursing, 12th Board), video lecture watch progression, completion stamps, downloadable PDF lecture notes access, test series quiz attempts, scores, and issued certificates.
C. Payment & Transaction Details
All payments are securely processed through Razorpay Payment Solutions (an RBI-authorized, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant gateway). We record order IDs, invoice numbers, course fee amounts, and payment status. We NEVER store credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, net-banking passwords, or UPI PINs.
D. Device & Technical Telemetry
IP address, device model, operating system version, browser type, network connectivity state, and crash analytics strictly for platform performance and preventing unauthorized simultaneous multi-device streaming.
Mobile Application Permissions (Indus Appstore & Google Play)
To function properly on your Android smartphone, the Samrat Learning Platform mobile app requests the following system permissions with clear academic justifications:

How We Use Your Information
- Account Creation & Authentication: To verify student eligibility and allow secure login using Mobile Number and PIN.
- Educational Content Delivery: To unlock purchased video lectures, assignments, and university-aligned syllabus materials.
- Academic Doubts & Moderation: To allow students to ask questions directly to verified subject teachers under strict content moderation.
- Fee Receipts & Invoices: To generate downloadable GST-compliant fee receipts and order confirmations.
- Customer & Technical Support: To assist you via WhatsApp, telephone helpline, or email when you encounter access issues.
Student Phone Number Privacy & Teacher Masking
To protect student privacy and prevent unwanted calls or personal messaging, Samrat Learning Platform implements automated Phone Number Masking in all faculty and teacher dashboards:
When faculty members review enrolled student lists, fee payouts, or test scores, student mobile numbers are displayed in masked format (e.g., 98******10). All student-teacher doubt queries are channeled strictly through the supervised platform messaging hub. Direct sharing of personal contact numbers or external links is systematically blocked.
Third-Party Services & SDKs
We only integrate with established, reputable technology partners under strict data processing agreements:
- Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd.: For PCI-DSS certified payment processing and instant course activation.
- Cloudflare & AWS Infrastructure: For high-speed global CDN delivery and SSL/TLS certificate termination.
- SMS / WhatsApp Service Gateways: Solely for sending registration OTPs, transaction confirmations, and academic notices.
We do not employ cross-site ad tracking networks, social media data mining SDKs, or sell user databases to predatory loan or marketing vendors.
Data Retention & Permanent Account Deletion
In strict compliance with Indus Appstore Developer Guidelines, Google Play User Data Policy, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA 2023), students and teachers retain absolute ownership of their personal data.
How to Request Account & Data Deletion
You can permanently delete your account, enrolled course records, test attempts, and uploaded profile media by following either method:
- Via Email: Send an email from your registered email address or mentioning your registered 10-digit mobile number to support@samrat.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
- Via Helpdesk / Helpline: Submit a request through our Contact Page or call our Helpline desk at +91 98765 43210.
Execution Timeline: Once verified, your account, login credentials, and personal records will be permanently erased from our production databases within 7 business days. (Financial invoice records required for legal taxation audits under Indian Law are retained for statutory periods).
Children & Student Privacy Protection
Our platform is an educational LMS tailored for University Students (BA, BSc, B.Com), Professional Medical & Nursing aspirants (D.Pharma, GNM), and Higher Secondary 12th Board students. If an enrolled student is under 18 years of age, account registration must be conducted with the consent and oversight of a parent or legal guardian.
Security Measures & Technical Safeguards
- Salted Cryptographic Hashing: Student login PINs and passwords are encrypted using Bcrypt with individual cryptographic salts. They are mathematically impossible to retrieve in plain text.
- TLS / SSL Transport Security: All data exchanged between the browser, mobile app, and backend servers is encrypted with TLS 1.3 / 256-bit encryption.
- Secure Server Access: Restricted SSH key-based access to database servers with regular vulnerability patching and firewalls.
